Lorenzo Pellegrini suspended for Lecce-Roma

Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini will not be available for the next scheduled Serie A matchday.

During last night’s win over Sassuolo – where Pellegrini’s solo goal propelled the Giallorossi to a crucial victory – the midfielder earned his fifth yellow card.

As a result of this, Pellegrini will be suspended for one match in the coming weeks – the captain will not take part in the trip to Lecce on 1 April.
