Rocking the Daisies reveals who is headlining the 2023 festival

Rocking the Daisies, South Africa’s biggest music and lifestyle festival, is back and better than ever in 2023.

With headline sponsor Johnnie Walker on board, the festival is bringing a mix of local and international talent to the stage from 6 to 8 October at Cloof Wine Estate in Cape Town.

The festival’s biggest announcement came with the reveal that British rapper Stormzy will be headlining the event.

Universally beloved in the grime and hip-hop scene, Stormzy has headlined major festivals worldwide, including Glastonbury and Coachella. This will be the first time the British rapper will be performing in South Africa.

Stormzy’s rise to stardom began in the early 2010s with his Wicked Skengman series of freestyles on YouTube. He has since established himself as one of the most critically acclaimed artists globally.

Joining Stormzy on the line-up are Nigerian singer and songwriter Ayra Starr and British pop band, The Vamps.
