New Delhi: The Delhi unit of BJP organised mass

election booths

on Tuesday.
These recitations were done at over 9,000 places for booth-level activity across the city, BJP has said.
The event saw the participation from all levels of the BJP organisation, including the seven Lok Sabha candidates, state party officials, district and mandal level functionaries.

They joined in the recitation in their local areas and wards, the party said.

, who participated in such an event at a temple in Connaught Place, said: “Collective chanting will bring about positive change and growth for the city. There has been stagnation of development due to corruption by Delhi govt.” He added that the event was a call for progress and well-being in Delhi.

Sachdeva said: “People who opposed the Ram temple until 2022 now call themselves Ram devotees. Delhiites will remember all such hypocritical characters in the future.”
BJP leader Om Prakash Dhankhar, participating in an event in Dwarka, said: “Hanumanji was an unwavering devotee of Shri Ram. Such a loving and incomparable relationship between God and devotee cannot be found anywhere else. The praise of the Ram devotee Hanuman is being sung just like Lord Ram. Dedication of BJP workers towards the nation is akin to the devotion of Hanuman towards Lord Ram.”

BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor mentioned that the recitations were held in 9,745 locations in Delhi and lakhs of supporters joined the events. “On the holy occasion of Ram Navami, every Indian felt proud seeing the sight of Lord Ram's tilak in Ayodhya. Under the leadership of Modi govt at the Centre, India is returning to its old golden glory. In the last ten years, the Modi govt has revitalised the eternal culture, heritage and traditions along with infrastructure development,” Dhankhar said.
“It is Modi's guarantee that India will transform the dreams of all into reality. Adopting new technology and innovation, India will emerge as a global hub for everything in the next five years. This is our pledge. By 2047, India will be included in the category of developed nations. This is the dream of every Indian and the resolution of the BJP,” he added.
Congress’s Chandni Chowk candidate Jai Prakash Agarwal offered prayers at various Hanuman temples in his constituency. Agarwal said he prayed for the well-being of residents. In the morning, he prayed at Hanuman Mandir in Connaught Place and offered prayers at the Marghat Wala Hanuman Mandir.
