TV and radio presenter Sizwe Dlhomo has officially taken over the 959 Breakfast slot on KAYA FM from today. The show was presented by Dineo Ranaka alongside Sol Phenduka.

Following Dineo’s social media meltdown, the radio station says it had to make immediate changes because it cares about the well-being of its employees.

“We are confident that our team of talented presenters will hold the fort extraordinarily well during this time,” said Kaya 959 MD, Colleen Louw in a statement.

The lineup changes according to the statement

Sizwe Dhlomo will now stand in on 959 Breakfast from 6am – 9am every weekday morning. Sizwe will be joined by Sol Phenduka on traffic, as well as the news and sport team.

Thomas Msengana and Skhumba Hlophe will fill in from 3pm – 6pm.

George Manyosi will host Last Call from 10pm – midnight every weekday.
