USA vs. Colombia, 2024 Friendly: Community player ratings
For the first time in its history, the USMNT fielded a starting XI with all 11 players playing in top 5 European leagues. The team fell 1-5 against Colombia at home in this friendly. The team hadn’t given up 5 goals in a game in 15 years (240 games), and only twice in the last 34 years. Gregg Berhalter’s record against top 20-ranked teams drops to 5 wins, 6 losses, and 7 draws, with four of those wins coming against Mexico. Notably, the post-match press conference wasn’t streamed, ostensibly due to technical difficulties.
