The Stormers had all of their usual attacking intent on a chilly autumn night in Cape Town, but they were too audacious at times - even by their own enterprising standards - and error-prone throughout, eventually losing 27-21 against Wales' Ospreys.
The hosts were always going to have a crack in this one, and with general Manie Libbok and fullback Warrick Gelant in the starting line-up, there was plenty of spark.
