The infomercial-style video went viral — and features Noem praising dental work she had done in Texas.

At one point in the video, she says quote “”I love that my bite is better, that my teeth are a better shape, that they feel better in my mouth.”

Consumer advocacy group ‘Travelers United’ is now suing Noem — calling the video an ‘advertisement.’

The group alleges Noem was likely compensated for posting the video — because she would not need to travel out of state for a cosmetic dental procedure.

Records show two dentists working at the office used by Noem have donated money to Republican candidates.

Noem is a vocal supporter of former president Donald Trump and is rumored to be on his list for running mate candidates.

Noem and the dentist’s office have not commented on the claims.
