Discussion | Court hears Khumalo's application against IEC

JOHANNESBURG - The Electoral Court is hearing Jabulani Khumalo’s urgent bid to be named party leader. 

Khumalo is asking the court to declare him as the President of the MK party with immediate effect. 

In court documents, Khumalo contends that the Commission's recording of Zuma as the new political organisation's president was done in violation of the Electoral Commission Act.
