Chelsea vs. Crystal Palace, Premier League: Confirmed lineups ...

Chelsea vs Crystal Palace

Chelsea may be maddeningly inconsistent, but our home record has become fairly decent over the past couple months. And next up are Crystal Palace, who have won just one game in nearly three months — though have drawn three of their last five.

So, can we close out 2023 at Stamford Bridge with a win?

With Sterling and Palmer suspended, Pochettino has shuffled the attacking deck, and has given first Premier League starts to both Ian Maatsen and Christo Nkunku (for whom it’s the first ever Chelsea start as well). Several youngsters also eager to impress on the bench, too.

(If you’re looking for or are receptive to some positivity: as pointed out by @CFCCentral3, this same front four started the preseason game against Newcastle, which was quite promising ... at the time.)
