Explosive row over replacement judge continues

The argument over who should replace Fernando Barbosa, the veteran judge who called in sick earlier this week, could be settled by a coin toss.

Barbosa was expected to be replaced by Steve Weisfeld for the rematch tomorrow night, but Sky Sports has today reported that the rival camps are 'deadlocked', and that two judges – Weisfeld and Ignacio Robles – are being considered for the role.

Promoter Frank Warren said: "There are two standby judges, both of them are flying in and we've got to decide which one it's going to be.

"We want one of them and the other camp wants the other, so I've suggested we spin a coin."

No. It's unlikely that the fight will be shown in 4K, let alone 8K. DAZN, for example, usually broadcasts in in 1080p (HD) at 50fps.

That said, Usyk vs Fury will be shot in 4K.

But British-Irish former professional boxer Matt Macklin reckons it isn't a true reflection of what he'll weigh tomorrow.
