Sundowns & La Masia Starting XIs Announced - iDiski Times
Mamelodi Sundowns and NB La Masia have announcd their starting XI for tonight’s Nedbank Cup clash at Dobsonville Stadium.
Masandawana enter the game on the back of a 1-1 draw with Orlando Pirates, which was their third draw in four league games, with the match vs Moroka Swallows ruled 3-0 in their favour.
Meanwhile, La Masia have also drawn three of their last four games but lost the other in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
They currently sit in tenth place in the first division, 10 points away from the promotion playoff spots.
Sundowns on the other hand top the DStv Premiership and are still unbeaten in the league in 2023/24.
However, they missed out on the MTN8 and Carling Knockout Cup, with the Nedbank Cup offering coach Rulani Mokwena and his team another chance at silverware this campaign.
It will be the first meeting of the two sides, with coaches Daine Klate and Mokwena having exchanged praises ahead of the tie.
