Referee Jelly Chavani set off Rhulani Mokwena's fuse that was on its last strands, leading to an explosion that saw the Mamelodi Sundowns coach question the standard of officiating in the country and call on the authorities to address what he calls the crisis.
Mokwena was fuming at Dobsonville Stadium on Wednesday after their 2-2 draw with Moroka Swallows in a match that finished in controversial fashion.
It was made worse for the Sundowns' faithful by the fact that they relinquished a 2-0 lead to drop two points against a struggling team.
