Sekhukhune United found a late equaliser in their DStv Premiership clash against Stellenbosch United on Wednesday as they found a late goal to draw 1-1 with Steve Barker's chargers. 

Stellenbosch opened the scoring in the 41st minute when Anicet Oura fired home from just inside the box following a quick counterattack after turning over Sekhukhune possession.

An 86th-minute goal from Chibuike Ohizu, however, helped Sekhukhune share the spoils in a match in which they had more possession than the visitors.

The draw sees Stellenbosch remaining second on the log, with Sekhukhune in fourth.

In the other encounter on the night, SuperSport United recovered from having Richard Goss sent off in the 29th minute to draw with Polokwane City.

With an extra man for much of the match, the visitors dominated proceedings and opened the scoring through Oswin Appollis in the 56th minute before Etiosa Ighodaro equalised for SuperSport in the 68th minute.

SuperSport are fifth on the log after the encounter with Polokwane in eleventh spot.
