Paulo Dybala and Artem Dovbyk start upfront for Roma against Inter’s Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram, while Nicolò Barella returns in midfield.

It has not been a great start to the campaign for either side, who struggled to keep a balance between league and European commitments.
Roma famously sacked coach Daniele De Rossi to bring in Ivan Juric, who has had mixed results.
Dybala and Dovbyk are both coming off injuries, but are ready to start anyway, La Joya with his first start since September 26 against Athletic Club.
Stephan El Shaarawy and Alexis Saelemaekers are out of action, with Enzo Le Fée finally back on the bench.
Inter make the trip without Piotr Zielinski, Kristjan Asllani and Tajon Buchanan, but the midfield is restored by the return of Barella from a muscular injury that ruled him out for several weeks.
Lautaro Martinez and current joint Capocannoniere Thuram lead the attack, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan faces his former club.
