Rihanna Is Already Rocking the Biggest Haircut Trend for Fall

Rihanna does not come to play. On the brink of giving birth for a second time, she is still serving looks on a daily basis, including one of 2023’s hottest hair trends. The hush cut originally hails from Korea and is defined by face-framing layers and wispy bangs.

To promote her new Savage x Fenty maternity bras, Rih was pictured nursing her son, RZA, with a wide smile on her face. Putting a new spin on the cut, her hair featured a choppier hush-inspired fringe and long, glossy lengths. Grazing her eyes, Rihanna’s effortless style incorporates lots of shape and the floaty layers that are synonymous with the cut.

“It’s a great hairstyle for those who want to try a fringe and more exaggerated layers, without opting for a drastic cut, like a full fringe or wolf cut,” Sean Paul Nother and Nick Latham, founders of The Hair Bros, previously told Vogue. They praise the style for being relatively low maintenance and flattering on most face shapes. This look is set to explode this autumn, so follow Rih’s lead (just as lots of other women are doing) and book in at the salon ASAP.
