TrustFord is now accepting applications for its 2024 apprenticeship programme.

There are over 80 opportunities across the TrustFord group, including technician, accounts assistant, credit controller, fleet sales administrator, painter, parts advisor, sales administrator and smart repairer.

Sharon Ashcroft, human resources director at TrustFord, said: “I am delighted that we can once again open our apprentice scheme and offer ambitious individuals a route into the automotive industry.

“Our apprentice scheme is more than just a programme; it’s a gateway to a fulfilling career and most of our previous apprentices have stayed with us as they progress, underpinning our ambition to grow and retain the best people.

“I’d urge anyone interested in starting their journey in the automotive industry with TrustFord to apply as soon as possible.”

Zeke Goodyear, who was awarded ‘Apprentice of the Year’ at the 2022 TrustFord Awards for Excellence, completed his IT apprenticeship in October 2023 and now works full-time at TrustFord as an IT customer support specialist.

Zeke said “I didn’t know where to start my career, all I knew is that I wanted to pursue a career in I.T, and an apprenticeship was the perfect route for me.

“I was able to gain hands-on experience and insight into how businesses work. There are so many fantastic opportunities within TrustFord, especially around career development and progression.

“If you are focused, have a positive attitude, and want a promising career with huge possibilities, then an apprenticeship with TrustFord is for you.”
