Ramaphosa says ANC will work to end blackouts

JOHANNESBURG - ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa, says they are collaborating closely with various stakeholders to put an end to rolling blackouts.

He says the party has launched a black industrial program to facilitate significant participation by black individuals.

These remarks were made during the Siyanqoba Rally at FNB Stadium.

This is in the party's final push in the party's election campaign on Saturday.

The contentious NHI was featured in the manifesto.

Ramaphosa affirmed that, despite opposition from various parties, the law will proceed as planned and be implemented in phases.
