PRISONER AT SCI-PINE GROVE CHARGED WITH ASSAULT

Several plea and sentencing hearings are on the schedule today for Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas.

Among them is a plea court hearing for a prisoner charged with assault.  Court documents show that Tyson Laebie Rosario, who is currently incarcerated at SCI-Pine Grove, is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault, assault by a prisoner and harassment for an incident on September 11th of last year.  Rosario is serving time in the state prison system for drug-related cases and for one case of theft.
