(REUTERS/Luc Gnago)Nigeria are through to the semi-finals of the 2023 CAF Africa Cup of Nations being held in Côte d'Ivoire.
After qualifying as runners-up from Group A, the Super Eagles defeated Cameroon 2-0 in the round of 16 with Ademola Lookman scoring both goals.
Lookman was the hero again in the quarter-finals, scoring late in the first-half as they edged past Angola 1-0.
Now South Africa stand between Nigeria and a first AFCON final appearance since 2013 when they clinched their third men's continental football crown.

All Nigeria results, scores, and standings - full list When will Nigeria play in the AFCON semi-finals?Nigeria will play at Bouaké’s Stade de la Paix against South Africa in the semi-finals of the competition on Wednesday, 7 February. This will be the side's first match outside of Abidjan this tournament.
Kick-off will be at 17:00 local time in Bouaké, which is 18:00 local time in Nigeria.

2023 AFCON, held in 2024, is available to watch live across Africa and the rest of the world. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) aims to make the tournament accessible on free-to-air TV across the continent.
In Nigeria, the local broadcaster is AfroSport.
Other broadcasters globally include beIN Sport, which will broadcast the tournament in the Middle East and North Africa region as well as in France and the United States; CANAL+, which will show the event in French in Sub-Saharan Africa; GTV in Ghana; Supersports in South Africa; ZIGGO Sport in the Netherlands; Sky Sports in the UK &Ireland; and the CAF's own media channels will also show games in some countries.
