MTN 8 final: Is it do-or-die for Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro ...
GOAL
Orlando Pirates mentor Jose Riveiro heads into the Wafa Wafa final under immense pressure to deliver and turn things around for his side.
Since his arrival at the club on 25 June 2022, the Spaniard has hardly found himself in a spot of bother, until recently.
The Buccaneers have been a force to be reckoned with under Riveiro, but it appears the going is beginning to get a bit tougher in his second season.
Despite leading the club to their third cup final in a relatively short period of time, Riveiro is somehow skating on thin ice.
This after his side were embarrassingly dumped out of the Caf Champions League by Jwaneng Galaxy of Botswana.
It also doesn't help that Pirates' Premier Soccer League form has been rather underwhelming by their lofty standards, currently languishing 14th on the log albeit with three games in hand.
