The winner of the contest will be crowned with a beautiful piece of jewelry, which is created by Lebanese jeweler Mouawad, which has diamond and sapphire inlays with 993 stones.

Throughout history, nine contestants from the United States have managed to take home the prize, the first being Miriam Stevenson in 1954, while the last American beauty queen to win the prestigious pageant was R'Bonney Gabriel in 2022.

With these nine beauty queens, American women are the ones who have won the pageant the most times, followed by Venezuela with seven, and Puerto Rico with five.
