The Whites will travel away from home to face Cheadle Town at the Ground Up Solutions Stadium in the FA Women’s National League Division One North, aiming to continue their winning run in the division.

Simon Wood’s side began the campaign with a tough run of fixtures and in the Yorkshire derby last time out, they defeated Doncaster Rovers Belles on home turf with a 3-1 win, courtesy of goals from Amy Woodruff, Jess Rousseau and Darcie Greene.

Watch the highlights from our win over Rovers:

Having been promoted as champions last season, Cheadle themselves have had a strong start to their own campaign. From their six games so far they have won four and lost two, scoring an impressive 14 goals in the process.

In charge of the Stingers, Dylan Wimbury has been at the helm for a number of years and has lead them through their rise up the league pyramid.

Both teams will be aiming to secure the three points this weekend and in doing so, if results go their way elsewhere, could move to the top of the table!

Leeds are just three points behind early pace setters Middlesbrough, whereas Cheadle are just one point behind the Reds, following their strong start.

With each team having scored 14 goals apiece prior to meeting one another this weekend, goals are expected in what promises to be an entertaining encounter. Fans wishing to attend the game can find further information below.
