Njabulo Blom and Inacio Miguel started with the match against the Limpopo club. Miguel just returned back from his two-match suspension.

Blom replaced Dillon Solomons, who sustained a hamstring injury against Royal AM. Solomons is expected to return in 3-4 weeks’ time.

Meanwhile, Miguel came in for Given Msimango, who is out due to illness.

OSWIN APPOLLIS AND MOKIBELO RAMABU SHINE FOR POLOKWANE CITY FC

Bafana Bafana international Oswin Appollis showed that experience cannot be bought as he put in decent displays for Rise and Shine this afternoon.

Appollis broke the deadlock in the 17th minute of the showpiece to put PLK City in front.

Mokibelo Ramabu added to the scoreline in the 90th minute to make it 2-0 in favour of PLK City.

The goals from Appollis and Ramabu were enough to earn the Orange Army maximum points at home against the Betway Premiership heavyweights, Chiefs.
