The weigh-in for Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson is complete, and the next time the fighters see each other, they’ll be punch-swapping before a packed AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Nov. 15. However, the action almost started early when Tyson slapped the younger man across the face during the traditional face-off.
MORE: Who is on the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson undercard?
Paul, 27, came in at 227 pounds, the heaviest weight of his five-year professional career. The Ohio-born YouTuber weighed a career-high 200 pounds for a TKO 6 win over Mike Perry in July, so he’s added the requisite bulk to compete against a natural, albeit ancient, heavyweight.
"He's made it personal now, and I'm gonna knock him the f**k out," screamed Paul in response to being slapped. "He hits like a bitch.... he must die!!!"

At 228.4 pounds, Tyson looked in great condition for a man of 58, but it remains to be seen if that translates into an acceptable performance on fight night. In his heyday, the former undisputed heavyweight champion hovered around the 215-pound mark, but he was as high as 239 when his career was winding down in the early 2000s.
"The talking is over now," said Tyson before departing the stage.
The Sporting News provided live coverage of the weigh-in, which took place at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas.

6:40 p.m. ET | 3:40 p.m. PT | 11:40 p.m. GMT: The weigh-in show will be getting underway soon and now would be a good time to cover the numbers that Jake Paul and Mike Tyson have registered in the past.
This will be the first time that Paul has campaigned in the heavyweight division. Up until now, "The Problem Child" has competed exclusively in the cruiserweight division and he has never exceeded 200 pounds. His lightest weight for a fight was 185 pounds.
In his prime, Tyson weighed approximately 215 pounds, but that was in the 1980s. In the latter part of his career, the former champion exceeded the 230-pound mark. Judging by his current size and physique, many expect Tyson to come at the heaviest weight of his career.
