Report: Jade Cargill Out Of Action With Legitimate Injury
Jade Cargill was attacked backstage and taken out in an ambulance on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown. According to a new report, she is dealing with a legitimate injury.
During a WWE Women’s United States Championship Tournament match on Friday, Cargill was shown attacked in the parking lot. She was then taken out in an ambulance.
In the Sunday Daily Update, via F4WOnline.com, Dave Meltzer wrote that he received confirmation that Jade Cargill was injured. However, the severity was not known, beyond those in creative being told that she would be out for a minimum of three months, maybe longer.
Likewise, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reported that sources “intimated” that the attack angle was to cover for a legitimate injury to Jade Cargill, but he was working to confirm.
Cargill is one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions with Bianca Belair. She was slated to compete in the Women’s WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. Cargill was also set to compete in a WWE Women’s United States Championship Tournament match on the November 29 episode of WWE SmackDown. However, she has apparently been taken out of both matches.
