Paulo Fonseca will switch to a 4-4-2 system against Inter tonight, while Federico Dimarco returns to action for the Nerazzurri and Lautaro Martinez starts in attack.

It kicks off at 20: 45 CET (18:45) at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.

The Nerazzurri have won the last six meetings with their city rivals, and neither Inter nor Milan have ever won seven consecutive derbies.

Dimarco was injured against Manchester City on Wednesday, while Lautaro started on the bench, but both Inter stars are expected to return to the starting XI tonight, and the same is true of France international Benjamin Pavard.

On the other hand, Fonseca will make drastic tactical changes, starting both Alvaro Morata and Tammy Abraham in attack in a 4-4-2 formation.

This will push Ruben Loftus-Cheek to the bench with Tijjani Reijnders and Youssouf Fofana in central midfield.

Davide Calabria is injured and will be replaced by Emerson Royal. Mike Maignan has recovered from an injury sustained against Liverpool on Tuesday and will start in goal.
