Utilita Bowl will host another full capacity match as England Men host South Africa in a Metro Bank One Day International in September 2025

England Men will take on South Africa in front of a full house at Utilita Bowl next September.

Tickets for England Men’s ODI against South Africa sold out within four days of being on general sale, as 95% of tickets were sold during the ballot phase.

This sees Utilita Bowl become the first venue to sell out an England men’s ODI next summer.

The last time Utilita Bowl hosted England Men and South Africa in a One Day International at Utilita Bowl, it was a thrilling victory for the Three Lions as Mark Wood defended seven runs off the final over to see England win by two runs.

It’s a really exciting time at Utilita Bowl with more international cricket than ever scheduled over the next seven years. Demand to be at these marquee matches has, once again, surpassed expectations and we look forward to welcoming capacity crowds to support the England Men’s and Women’s teams next summer.

With all publicly available tickets sold, the only way to secure a spot at the match is by becoming a Hampshire Cricket Member or booking one of the venue’s premium experiences.

Utilita Bowl has sold out ten consecutive international matches over the last five years, with a further two England matches to take place at the venue in 2025.

As part of a busy year of international cricket at Utilita Bowl, England Men take on West Indies in an IT20 on 10 June before England Women face off against India on 16 July.
