Doja Cat reminded the world of her South African roots when she brought out the local a cappella group, The Joy, during her Coachella performance on Sunday.
The pop artist, real name Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, was the headliner for the final day of the festival's first weekend, which takes place in Indio, California. After an explosive opening with her song Acknowledge Me, The Joy sang a verse in Zulu.
