State presents new evidence in David Manuel case

ATHLONE - Cape Town siblings Wanda and Sindiswa Mbele will know whether they'll be granted bail on 3 December.

They are accused of taking out a fraudulent funeral policy for actor, David Manuel.

The 'Noem my Skollie' star and his friend Alfonso Fisher were gunned down outside Manuel's Gugulethu home in October. 

The Mbele siblings meanwhile maintain their innocence, saying the policy was not taken out fraudulently as Manuel considered them family.
