He has been one of Manchester United’s sharpest attacking tools in the past. He has also been one of their more frustrating forwards in recent seasons.
However, there are signs that Marcus Rashford is dialling himself back into some form.
Rashford was back on the scoresheet for Man Utd last weekend, netting the second goal in a much-needed 3-0 win at Southampton — which he followed by two more against League One Barnsley in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
Those goals ended a scoring drought of 181 days and 12 matches, although that also includes the close season.
The excellent Anantaajith Raghuraman has looked at why Rashford’s form had deserted him, what is bringing about his revival and how sustainable it will prove. Give it a read.

We’ll have our correspondents at the ground and observers from further afield taking in and assessing all the action, and there is much more on the way as we build up to kick-off and cast an eye over the earlier matches.
On that, with more than an hour gone Chelsea now lead West Ham 3-0 at London Stadium — Cole Palmer getting the third two minutes into the second half.
So in short, don’t go anywhere because we’ve got you covered from here.

A little earlier on, we mentioned Crystal Palace doing the double over Manchester United last season. It was a topic that came up during Erik ten Hag's pre-match press conference, but he didn't bite when asked what lessons his side might have taken.
"Not in particular," he said. "We know what will come to us. We know it's always tough there, always aggressive there. But we know also the circumstances and you can't compare this.
"We didn't have a fit squad, we even had one or two players that were maybe up to 20 per cent to play, but we had to play them. And this time it's totally different, we have now a fit squad. We have, definitely, 18 players who are capable to go into this good challenge for us."
No excuses today then, Erik!

I mentioned that two goals from Jackson had Chelsea in front against West Ham, and 2-0 is how it has stayed going into half-time.
West Ham did fight back in the latter part of the first half and they did put the ball in the net but Mohammed Kudus had strayed marginally offside before finishing past Robert Sanchez.
Unless the hosts improve, it looks increasingly likely Enzo Maresca and his Chelsea players will chalk up another good result.

A very busy day of Premier League action today, which concludes with this game at Selhurst Park.
The first match of the day, between West Ham and Chelsea started half an hour ago and Enzo Maresca's side are well in control thanks to a pair of very well-taken Nicolas Jackson goals.

Both Rasmus Hojlund and Mason Mount are in contention to return for Manchester United today.
But defenders Leny Yoro, Tyrell Malacia, Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw are all still out.

Crystal Palace midfielder Cheick Doucoure will miss today’s visit of Manchester United after injuring his toe in last week’s draw against Leicester City.
Doucoure’s toe bent into the turf late in the first half following an innocuous challenge by Jordan Ayew.
The 24-year-old was making his first Premier League start since rupturing his achilles in a 2-1 defeat by Luton Town in November, but will now face several more weeks on the sidelines having missed the midweek Carabao Cup victory over Queens Park Rangers.
Trevoh Chalobah and Matheus Franca are “close” to full fitness but won't be involved today.
Crystal Palace’s two victories over Manchester United last season saw them complete a league double over the 20-time Premier League winners for the first time in the club’s history.
And Palace’s remarkable 4-0 win at Selhurst Park in May was their biggest margin of victory against United since 1972.
