The Levi's x Crocs All-Terrain Clog is every denimhead's dream

Levi's is having a moment. After teaming up with Nigo and Stüssy earlier this season, the American clothing company now has another big project up its denim sleeves with the upcoming Levi’s x Crocs All-Terrain Clog ‘Sashiko.’ Celebrating the brand's 170th anniversary, as well as the 150th birthday of the legendary 501 model (many happy returns!), this collab is a pretty special one.

Crafted from Croslite foam, Levi's take on the slip-on silhouette is dipped in an all-grey colour palette. From a distance, these look just like your average clogs, but as soon as you take a closer look you'll notice a blue denim shroud that covers the entire upper.

This is decorated with a traditional Japanese stitching technique known as sashiko. An intricate flower-like pattern makes it way across the fabric, and while this essentially means that you won't be able to use any of your Jibbitz, to be honest, we'd rather show off this cool embroidered design instead. Just look at it.

Velcro-fastened straps feature around the heels so you can enter Sport Mode in style, and these are attached to the shoe with a pair of metal buttons that look like they've been swiped straight from a pair of Levi's jeans. The Crocs are then finished off with the iconic Two Horse banner that's printed on the recessed footbed. This appears in Japanese characters as a nod to the sashiko aesthetic.

According to the latest numbers, Crocs made a record-breaking $2.7 billion in sales in 2022 alone, selling almost four pairs per second (!). While this increase in hype has a lot to do with the loungecore look that's everyone's totally obsessed with, it's also thanks to big name collabs from the likes of Justin Bieber, Mschf, and Salehe Bembury. The Colorado-based footwear company also isn't scared of experimenting with new styles. Earlier this week, they announced the Siren Clog, which is basically a pair of Crocs on top of a 4-inch heel. The Levi’s x Crocs All-Terrain Clog ‘Sashiko’ is set to drop sometime this year at Crocs and select sneaker shops globally. Priced at around £70 each, these are going to sell out unbelievably fast.
