American R&B Grammy award-winning singer Chris Brown revealed his long-awaited return to South Africa on social media on Monday (September 30).

Presented by Big Concerts and Y, the ‘Live in Johannesburg, Breezy in South Africa’ concert will take place at the iconic FNB Stadium in Johannesburg on Saturday, December 14 (2024).

Regarded as one of the most prominent artists (Deezer most streamed music, 2021) in R&B music locally and abroad, this will mark Brown’s first performance in the country in nearly a decade, promising fans an unforgettable evening filled with his signature electrifying performances, and chart-topping hits.

Drawing wide comparisons to Michael Jackson for his singing and dancing abilities, as well as for his stage presence, Chris Brown is has announced a once-off concert in Johannesburg (FNB Stadium) on Saturday, December 14.

TICKETS: Tickets will be available starting with an invite only pre-sale from 10am on Tuesday (October 1).

The General on sale opens at 10 am, on Thursday (October 3). Tickets are only available from Ticketmaster.

Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo and other secondary sites. These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for commercial purposes at multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

All tickets will be 100% digital, mobile only tickets, and only verified Ticketmaster accounts will be eligible to purchase up to 8 tickets per Fan.

Ticket Transfer will only be available 30 days before the event, and mobile ticket barcodes will be suppressed until 3 days before the Event. Restriction for standing tickets has been place for safety reasons, and applies to ticket holders over 16 years old, with a minimum height of 1.2 metres.
