Kaizer Chiefs will be aiming to maintain their perfect start in the Betway Premiership when they visit AmaZulu on Wednesday evening at Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Chiefs started their season on a winning note after a come-from-behind 2-1 win over ten-man Marumo Gallants almost two weeks ago.

Seka Sithole gave Gallants an early lead but Mduduzi Shabalala soon equalised with only 17 minutes on the clock.

After Siwelele Sa Masele were reduced to ten men with 14 minutes remaining following the red-card of Joseph Malongoane, Chiefs capitalized three minutes later as Mfundo Vilakazi netted the winner.

AmaZulu, on the other hand, started their campaign on a back foot after going down 2-1 against Polokwane City in mid September.

Etiosa Ighodaro gave Usuthu the lead against City on the half-hour mark but Bulelani Nikani levelled matters on the stroke of half-time.

Thabang Matuludi scored the winner for Rise and Shine in the last minute.

Amakhosi took four points from this fixture last term, as they won the first round clash 3-0 at home but were held to a 1-1 draw in the reverse.
