Chiefs slump to back-to-back defeats

JOHANNESBURG - Kaizer Chiefs have suffered a second successive loss in the Betway Premiership.

Amakhosi took on SuperSport United, a side they dumped out of the Carling Knockout Cup last weekend.

However, the outcome was different this time around as Tashreeq Morris found the back of the net on the stroke of half-time.

The visitors piled pressure after the interval, creating numerous opportunities but Matsatsantsa remained resolute.

Debutant Thakasani Mbanjwa was excellent in the SuperSport goals.

This was Chiefs' second loss of the season after going down to Mamelodi Sundowns.
