Mauricio Pochettino has named both Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson in his starting XI as Chelsea take on Newcastle United in the Premier League Summer Series.

The Blues made the perfect start to the summer tournament in the USA, defeating Brighton and Hove Albion 4-3 in Philadelphia on Saturday.

Tonight's game takes place in Atlanta and a win would ensure Pochettino's side end the night top of the mini-league.

There is another start for Kepa in goal and he will be protected by a back four of Reece James, who captains the side, Trevoh Chalobah, Bashir Humphreys and Marc Cucurella.

Enzo Fernandez starts for the first time in pre-season and will be partnered by Cesare Casadei in the deeper midfield positions.

Ian Maatsen remains in the side and will begin on the wing, with Mykhailo Mudryk on the opposite flank.

Pochettino said earlier in the week that he could deploy both Nkunku and Jackson in the same starting XI, and that is what he has opted to do this evening in Atlanta for the clash against the Magpies.
