BELA Act | DA leader receives memorandum from civil society

PRETORIA - DA Leader John Steenhuisen is receiving a memorandum from civil society groups Solidarity and AfriForum.
They are upset with certain provisions of the BELA Act.
These are clauses pertaining to language and admissions policies.
They are also the parts that are not being implemented due to the President's 3-month consultation window.
