Manchester City ran riot at Villa Park today again Aston Villa in the Premier League as Pep Guardiola's men ran out 6-1 winners.
The Blues have the chance to move to second in the standings after Leicester lost to Southampton yesterday while Guardiola knows three points is a must after Liverpool defeated Tottenham 1-0 to maintain their lead at the summit.
Guardiola has no new injury concerns to deal with as only Aymeric Laporte and Leroy Sane are on the sidelines but both players are expected to be available for selection in the near future.
Riyad Mahrez sent City on their way with a fine solo goal before slamming home after David Silva rushed down an attempted clearance. Sergio Aguero fired into the top corner from outside the area, before Gabriel Jesus scored on the stroke of half time.
After the break, Aguero scored from inside the area and capitalised on a mistake to complete his hat-trick late on. El-Ghazi's late penalty gave Villa a consolation.
