Women: Reid Returns To Arsenal

Dual-sign Arsenal defender Katie Reid has been recalled by her parent club following six months with Watford FC Women.

The 17-year-old centre-back returns to the Gunners having made 14 appearances this season, with only three players starting more games for the Golden Girls in 2023/24.

Reid joins up with Arsenal’s first team, departing Watford with the club’s best wishes for the future.

“We are all over the moon for Katie,” said Head Coach Damon Lathrope. “She’s a fantastic footballer, and a top-class human being.

“She deserves all of the opportunities that come her way.”
