Those who started AC Milan v Genoa underwent a cool-down session in the gym; the other members of the squad were out on the pitch for muscular activations and rondos. Training continued with a series of technical exercises focused on possession, followed by attack v defence work and the usual training match on a reduced pitch to close out the session.
