Community demands justice for Joshlin Smith

VREDENBURG - Tensions are running high outside the Vredendal magistrate's court.

Four people appeared there in connection with the disappearance of Joshlin Smith.

They include her mother Racquel Smith and her boyfriend Jacquen Appollis.

The suspects have been remanded in custody until their next appearance on 13 March.

The frustrated community is demanding answers.

It's been 18 days and six-year-old Joshlin is still missing.

Police are keeping mum on reports she was sold for around R20,000.

Blood-stained clothes were discovered over the weekend, but it has yet to be linked to Joshlin.
