The murder of celebrated musician Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and his friend, businessman Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane, a year ago was the result of a carefully planned hit, orchestrated by a mastermind who is now in police custody along with five others, according to Police Minister Bheki Cele.
But their alleged motive will only be revealed in court.
Cele and KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi revealed this on Tuesday night at the police's provincial headquarters in Durban.
